Contract Drafting and Review
The attorneys in our Financial Services practice provide a full range of contract drafting and review services for our clients. We routinely prepare, revise, interpret, negotiate, and enforce agreements for and between payment processors, merchants, banks, ISOs, merchant service providers, sales agents, vendors, gateways, card associations and other entities in the payments industry. We also assist clients with related business issues and agreements, including merchant account termination, reserve releases and merchant compliance, and negotiating business relationships with banks, ISOs, and other sales agents.
